Introduction to the case studies

In each case study, people provide their perspective on conflict. Like the BBC TV voluntary matters 3 programme Working It Out, the case studies encourage you to learn from the experiences of others.

The first case study features Cricklewood Homeless Concern (who also appears in the programme), the second features Hackney Community Transport, the third is 'Onyerbike'.
