You're the manager of a very busy charity shop and need to recruit three new volunteers as soon as possible. The local volunteer agency calls to say they're sending you three possible candidates: David's a recently arrived asylum seeker, Susie uses a wheelchair, and Joe's a young ex-offender. They're not quite what you expected - you're used to working with retired women. But they're all coming for an interview tomorrow, so you have to deal with it.
